Our firm maintains a general
trial practice. This practice includes most aspects of civil trial practice with an
emphasis on personal injury, worker’s compensation and domestic law (divorce and child custody).
The practice also involves a large amount of criminal defense work. Among the members
of the firm there is over 50 years of trial experience in everything
from speeding tickets to capital murder defense, from minor whiplash
auto accident cases to wrongful death actions.

Approximately half of our practice deals with criminal defense.
The firm has defended every type of criminal action including
but not limited to: traffic offenses (speeding, driving while revoked, driving
while intoxicated), possession of controlled substance, statutory
rape, vehicular manslaughter and homicide.
The other half of our practice is divided between personal injury and family
law. Personal injury actions typically involve automobile accidents and accidents
involving dangerous conditions on premises. We represent injured persons.
We do not represent insurance companies, school districts, or large corporations.
Family law involves divorces involves child custody issues, and probate.
We practice in the Southeastern portion of the State of Missouri. This area includes the State and Municipal Court in the following counties:

Our firm charges flat fees for criminal defense work. For family law matters, hourly fees.
For personal injury, worker’s compensation work and product
liability, we work on a contingent fee basis, if we don't win, there is no fee.
