Dan
is a Missouri native. He was born in Sparta, Missouri on June 25,
1951. They admitted him to the Missouri Bar in 1975, although we are
not sure why. Having been admitted in Missouri, several other courts
have granted him admission, however grudgingly, including: The U.S.
Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Federal Circuit, U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts
of Missouri.He has received some post-secondary education. The School of the Ozarks declared his education complete and gave him a B.A. in 1973. As a condition of granting the degree, they made him promise never to return. He has alleged and represented to many legal associations and clients that the University of Missouri conferred a Juris Doctor on him in 1974. Dan is a member of the Butler County Bar Association. He served as the president in 1980. One year was apparently enough. He is also a member of several out-of-town organizations who are apparently not familiar with their members. These include: The Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Dan is ably assisted by Pat. She has been with Dan since 1982. It seems much longer.
